Effective September 28, 2026. These terms apply to purchases on reengines.com from BaseCamp Realty LLC dba RE Engines ("we").
A license to install and use an Engine (a Claude Cowork plugin) for your own real estate business, under your own brand. Licenses are per agent unless your purchase says otherwise and may not be resold or redistributed.
Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Founding rates stay locked while the subscription stays active. One-time setup fees cover the setup work described on the Engine page. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Platform, carrier, MLS, ad-spend and third-party fees are yours.
You supply and control your own Claude, CRM, MLS and ad accounts. You approve everything an Engine drafts before it sends, spends or posts, and you remain responsible for your advertising, consent, licensing, Fair Housing and brokerage-supervision obligations. Engines include compliance checks as aids, not legal advice.
Engines do not guarantee leads, appointments, listings or income. Market figures and price estimates they produce are estimates only.
Engines are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update Engines and these terms. Material changes to your plan are emailed to you in advance.
